You don't have to go to expensive cat salon. With this full equipment, you can make your cat beautiful at home and anytime you want. Including in it: a comb, a brush, a pair of hair scissors, ear cleaners, and a pair of nail clippers. Very practical and easy.

Grooming the Cat's Fur
First thing, you have to be patient when you're dealing with cat's fur. Remember, this may be a new experience for kittens and this may also be your new experience, too. Be very careful on stomach and ear area.

Use a comb to remove loose or matted hair. Not only will it eliminates tangling, but also helps reduce the number of ball-fur. When your baby cat is taking a bath by himself (you can see him licking his body), its loose fur usually comes in along into his mouth, and eventually he will swallow it, and then fur balls are formed in his stomach. Those fur balls may get your kitten a stomachache.

Wide toothed comb is suitable for long-haired cats and a thin-toothed comb for the shorter hair, and comb the lice, which is very thin, will help remove the fleas and flea dirt from your cat's fur.

Cat Nails
Although kitten usually hides its nail in his finger to protect him from hurting himself, you should also check occasionally to make sure that his nails stay neat, clean and not too long.

Cats nails which are too long might cause problems for the cat who always lived inside the house. You can help give him a place to sharpen his nails (such as wooden board), but if it is still a problem, you need to cut it.

In order to do this properly, you need to press the cat's palm gently until its nails come out, and then you should cut its end carefully. Don't cut it too short because you might cut its blood vessels. If this is your first time and you don't think you can do it, or if you have any doubts, then you can go to a veterinarian and let him show you how to do ti properly.

Cleaning The Cat's Ear
Cat's ears are very sensitive when touched by anything, so you must be careful when you clean it. Hold its both hands and feet gently and not too tight.

Use a cotton bud and baby oil to make your task easier. When you put the cotton bud inside your baby cat's ear, it will tickles him, and if you're not careful, he might scratch your skin as his reaction. Clean the area gently throughout the cat's ear, but not too deep, do this treatment carefully and gently until it's clean.

Cleaning the Cat's Eyes
Different from normal cats, you will see Persian cat's eyes looks wet and slimy. Your cat is not sick. It is normal for a persian cat to have wet eyes. But you still need to clean the cat's eyes with bore-water soaked cotton. You can also use normal water. Rub the area slowly until it's clean. If you don't do it, the liquid coming out from its eyes will stick to the skin at lower part of his eyes, and will leave a mark.

Persian Cats Are Stress Medicines

Everyday people are busy with their activities outside their house such as work, school, meeting with other people, and so on. Activities are there for people to do in a non-stop fashion. One week, seven days. Sometimes people get bored by their own activities; problems that we always face in the office, at home, at school, relationship problems, family problems, and many other problems. Living in a such situation will make you feel tired and stressed out. Yes, you need something to relief your stress. You feel the need to take your time to entertain yourself, but you do not have time.

One day, when I came home, I was very tired and fed up with the activities that I do all day. I opened the bedroom door and saw my cat sleeping on my bed. His face was very cute. He knew I was coming, he immediately woke up and jumped onto my shoulder, he was licking my face as if he greeted me a "welcome home". His fur is very smooth and makes me very comfortable. He entertained me by his act. He was very spoiled and always followed me everywhere around the house. He would act and try to get my attention. His beautiful eyes would calm my heart. He's happy when I got home. He's my friend when I don't have any friend to play with. I'm very lucky to have him, and he is one of God's beautiful creation and I am grateful to have him as my friend.

Do not hesitate to have a Persian Cat, you'll have a lot of benefits that come from these adorable animals. I've felt it myself. He could become a good stress relieving medicine for us. See it for yourself.

Bathing a Persian Cat

We should take our Persian Cat for a bath at least once in two weeks. You can take him to a nearby pet shop or you can just bathe them yourself. If you choose the latter, not only it means you saved your money, but also means you're ready to have a very fun regular activity!

First things first, you need to prepare:

a bowl of warm water,

a towel,

shampoo for cats,

a bath sponge, or a shower-puff,

hair dryer,

cat comb,

fur vitamins and perfumes.

When you're ready, start pouring warm water slowly onto your cat, from head to tail (be careful, you mustn't pour the water into its ears, eyes, nose, and mouth). Wet your cat's body with warm water until it is evenly distributed.

Pour enough shampoo into your hand and rub into the cat's body until frothy (again, do not let the shampoo touch its ears, eyes, nose and mouth), you can also use a bathing sponge as a tool to scrub and clean the cat's body. Then rinse your cat slowly with warm water. When you're done, cover it with towel and rub the water off.

Dry its fur using a hair dryer. Do not use the dryer too close to its body. Use the fur vitamin right after. In addition, you can also spray perfume for cat to its neck. Now this is the important part. When you apply a perfume to a cat, you should apply it on the neck area where it can't lick itself out. It might get sick if it licks off the perfume.

Last but not least, comb its fur using a special comb for cat that you have.

Hmmm... Now your Persian Cat is very beautiful and have a very lovely smell.

Good luck ...!! ;)

Choose a Four-Month Old Kitten to Begin With

If you are interested in Persian Cats and wish to have them as your pet, you can go to a nearby pet shop in your town. There, you are free to choose the Persian Cat that you like most. My advice here is that if you want to adopt a Persian Cat as your pet, choose at least a four-month old Persian Cat, the one which can be separated from its mother.

A Persian Cat, just like human beings, needs milk from its mother so he will have a strong immune system, won't get sick easily, and develop into a very healthy cat. If you do pick up a four-month old kitten, you don't need to give him milk anymore.

It's quite easy to nurse a kitten. What you need is oil fish vitamins. You also need to provide special food for kittens, and also water. Good luck...!! ;)

http://i.ehow.com/images/
